These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, except where another jurisdiction’s non-waivable protections apply.
To the extent legally permitted, court proceedings concerning these Terms or the Site will take place in an appropriate state or federal court serving Knox County, Tennessee.
Each party will ordinarily be responsible for its own legal fees and expenses unless a statute, court order, or written settlement provides otherwise.
